introduce gas into the heating furnace, which is conducive to protecting the surface condition of the glass and rollers, but it is necessary to strictly control the amount of SO2 gas added, and provide the source of goods, storage and processing If the after-sales service merchants such as logistics and distribution add too much, sodium sulfate caking is easy to form on the surface of the roller, causing the quality problem of small transparent pits on the glass surface; However, if the air volume is too small, the roller cannot form a protective film on the surface in a short time, and then the coated fibers can not be stacked on the small steel frame in layers for production. Generally, it is stored 1 ~ 2H after heating up. By using waste glass to rub and trim the roller surface, the scratch of glass can be reduced and the production requirements of general glass can be met
second, adjust the process parameters of the tempering furnace
first, reduce the temperature in the furnace appropriately. Increase the heating time because the tempering process must keep the glass heated to a certain temperature, so this adjustment can only be carried out on the premise of meeting the tempering process, and cannot be greatly adjusted
second, reduce the linear speed of glass in the furnace. The glass keeps reciprocating in the process of being heated. It is often in the process of acceleration and deceleration. Reducing the linear speed can correspondingly reduce the acceleration of the glass, reduce the friction and slip between the glass and the roller due to inertia, and thus reduce the surface scratch of the glass. However, the linear speed should not be reduced too much, so as not to affect the flatness of the glass due to the deformation of the glass

2. In the production process, due to continuous access to a large amount of gas, sodium sulfate is easy to form lumps on the surface of the roller. When transparent pits are found on the glass surface, the furnace should be stopped in time to clean the roller table
3. Due to the uneven surface of the embossed glass, there is some damage to the roller surface, so it is recommended not to toughen the embossed glass as far as possible. If it must be toughened, the glass must be used to re friction and repair the roller table after toughening
4 . When cleaning the ceramic rollers of glass tempering furnace every time, the oil stains on the bearing surface and shell surface should be cleaned at the same time to ensure that all rollers are in the same plane and reduce the position offset between rollers
